Shiftry Megastone not in Mystery Gift I am On 1.1.3

The guy in the poke center isnt there either. Pleaseeee for christ's sake i dont want to miss this opportunity. Can you help szue?

    You will need to add more detail about what you are trying to do. Using 1.1.3, I activated mystery gift and it displayed a Seedot. Then I loaded my savegame, went to a pokemon center and got a Seedot holding a Shiftrite.
