Consistent Crash in Helios City

Just updated today, really stoked to continue my playthrough. I found an issue, though, almost instantly. As I made to leave Helios City, I was stopped by a bug catcher (Bug Catcher Norman?), who proceeded to tell me that Steam Cave is difficult to see in before crashing my game. After three subsequent attempts and fails to speak with him, I waltzed right by and everything was fine. I can't tell if this is an issue with my computer or the game.
