Sprite Mixup

Whoever added the new graphics for 1.1.4 replaced the regular Scraggy and Scrafty battle sprites with those of the updated deltas.

    This is not major. Rename the upgraded deltas to their appropriate dex numbers, and do the same with the regular Scrafty and Scraggy sprites. The Delta dex numbers are on the wiki.
