Stuck in Utira Library

After reading a book from a bookshelf in Utira Library I decided to save and quit. When I opened the game and loaded my save I was stuck facing the bookshelf, unable to open the menu, walk, interact with anything etc. I could still do things like, speed up the game (m), Toggle autosave and Auto run.

This was fixed for me in the 1.1.4 Update.
