Hidden Grottos issue

I have noticed that when utilizing Hidden Grottos that the sprite for the object/pokemon does not disappear after interacting with it the first time. I have tried refreshing the map and exiting and entering the grotto and route(Tested with first hidden grotto Midna Garden as well as Route 3).

Also tested grotto on Route 3 by not picking up the item. It still shows as an item, does not refresh. Is this what it is supposed to do?

it has always done that, dont worry when the grotto refresh it will change, if the same sprite is there and you cant interact with it, it just mean it hasnt refresh yet
