Delta Scraggy/Scrafty files mixed up.

When I was playing I found this http://prntscr.com/8404hx with a regular trainer. When I investigated further I found the delta scraggy files are named 559 and 560, where the regular scraggy files are. They should be fixed to 748 and 749 :)
