Suntouched City Water Glitch

I don't know if it happens anywhere else, but in Suntouched City, when surfing or fishing with the old rod, the Corsola, Corpfish, Krabby, and Remoraid have the moves Dark Sonata, Close Combat, Hyper Voice, and Sing. I'm assuming this is the moveset of Meloetta.
