Abilty Capsule not working on Delta Muk

Tried using the Ability Capsule from Helios City to change my Delta Muk's Ability from Arena Trap to Sand Stream and it did not change it. I reset a few times and it didn't work any of the times. I am on patch 1.1.5

Can confirm this for D.Muk on 1.1.5.

Also apparently at one point it was possible to change Delta Grimer's ability to Sand Stream with an ability capsule: http://wiki.p-insurgence.com/index.php?title=Delta_Grimer_(Pok%C3%A9mon)&;action=history (UDie2Day on 8.8.15) Maybe that was wrong and they fixed it?

Devs if one of you reads this can we have a statement on which of the two states (if any) is intended?
