Rich boy in Desert bug

Was versing everyone in the desert and was about to defeat the final guy (which was the Rich Boy) by using extrasensory on his Dedenne with the Mystery gift Nuzleaf and he decided to be a sore loser and crashed my game
I didn't want to repost about this, but I can confirm this will happen while fighting any Dedenne on version 1.1.5. 1.1.4 simply results in the Pokemon remaining on screen, but not crashing.
This bug is "fixed" if you remove your SE folder, so I'm assuming there's an issue with one of the files in there. Upon removing that file, the Dedenne fainted normally.
