So I am running windows 8.1 x64 and when i was old rod fishing in suntouched city during my randomlocke, i found a level 15 hippopotas with z/o event meloetta's moves. Dark Sonata, by the way, did not work. While i was not paying attention, the game crashed, and i caught a manaphy that also had z/o event meloetta's moveset.
