Solo Run glitches

Glitch 1: I can use multiple pokemon... They aren't put in the PC and I can use them. Minor bug but kind of messes up the challenge aspect. (You can't put them in PC because you can't access them.) Glitch 2: My Instant Lapras randomly got deleted... There's no way to recover it, and I even tried forfeiting the challenge, and nothing happened. This bug forced me to reset the entire file, and I lost all my momentum on the Ralts solo run I was doing... THIS glitch really got me.
Glitch 3: I was able to get a solo Pokemon starter and the delta Squirtle starter and have them both in my party at the same time.
