Game crashes when connecting to an online battle.

Every time I try to battle someone online the game crashes and an error that say the bitcache map or something failed to locate graphics/clothes/boy/hair01

I read the FAQ to no avail.

me also i tried changing characters hair color but didnt fix anything its really frustrating you can battle anyone
