Thundurus re-summon

I've summoned Thundurus before, but when I failed to catch it, I reloaded, and I had left the area without touching him. When I come back again in this version, there was already a Thundurus in that place as I've left him before, but when I approached the stairs, the summoning animation played again anyways.
