Speed boosts/stat boosts not working in double battles

I'm fighting Taen and my speed boost Blaziken is being outsped by Kyurem-W even after 2 stat boosts.

I've put it into the calc (http://i.imgur.com/qGkmCba.png) and unless K-W is max EVs, IVs and +speed nature, blaziken should outspeed. Blaziken hits 214 speed at +2 speed, whereas K-W needs EVs, IVs and nature to reach just 229. As none of the mons in this game are usually trained in this way I'm submitting a bug report.
