Download Link isn't working~

I deleted and attempted to re-download pokemon Insurgence because the graphics didn't work for the one I had at the time, but when we clicked the link to the core and patch, both links sent us to an endless loading page.

I tried copying link address and pasting it on another page, clicking the link, and opening link in new page.
