visual skin bug at the start of the game

I restarted the game, I was at the first gym and decided to start over (failed lock run) and just spamed space past all the starting text, started a non lock run and selected female + yellow hair and on the past run I was a male + yellow hair + red hair dye + black clothes
anyways, I now at least visually have both the purple and yellow skin for female, see the attached file or the [1] imigur link at the end of this. I also started the game without any cloth items equipped making the sprite seem naked when not moving. (lude)
at the first transformation I did not get a new skin, instead of looking like a cultist I looked unchanged.
at a fight I looked like a abomination, kinda. see pic 3
