Bypass Tag validation

Provide a system property which allows users to bypass the validation of Tag values. This can be usefull when ExifTool only accepts formatted Strings for an non-String tag (eg: GPS TimeStamp)

    System property exiftool.validation.bypass is added to v0.0.6. Set this property to "true" to bypass all validations. Use at own risk ;)
