Comprehensive error message if ExifTool exec is not found

Phillip repo owner created an issue

Someone Googled "java could not find a local exiftool installation" so it's probably not clear when ExifTool is not found :)

    If the ExifTool executable does not exists -> two error messages + exception with error message stating to check log output. Proper configuration of Logging is mandatory of course :)
