Provide a way to bypass ExifTool timeout

Phillip repo owner created an issue

By default, ExifTool keeps running in the background for about 10 minutes. Add a system property to change this timeout and/or a system property to disable this timeout.

    Can't find any means in ExifTool to change the timeout. Putting it on hold untill a solution pops up.
