JExifTool returns null for non null shutterspeedvalue tag

Tag should be 1/8, but JExifTool returns null. getTagValue(...) method was used.

    Can not reproduce with my test images. Asked for the particular image for testing purposes.

    Turned out to be as designed: the image (taken with a Nikon dSLR) did not contain a value for the ShutterSpeedValue tag but instead stored this data in the ExposureTime tag.

    Composite tags might provide a solution.
