Downloading issue on windows

I can download the software on my MAC just fine.

However, on my HP with windows 10/64-bit which is the one I want to use its on, I keep getting an error message when I click on the .exe file to open the program. It keeps telling me that Qt5Core.dll, Qt5Gui.dll, and QtWidgets.dll are missing. What am I doing wrong?

The download file is a compressed ZIP file that should be extracted to the local hard drive. This can be done in Windows as follows:

Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.

Do one of the following:

1. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

2.To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

The missing files referenced are present in the ZIP file.
