NI Irish Grid points to ETRS89 Geodetic batch file fails

I can get the transformation to work in with the GUI - by setting the option to Belfast Datum. However there seems to be no option to set this with giqtrans batch file. Indeed the sample NITransTest.bat fails to work (the other way round) Thanks
