No logfile

The server doesn't create a logfile, also mp_cheater.log is no loonger updated.

Redirecting stdout to | tee or > file blocks the server so it doesn't start.

Hmm, its working fine for however gameservers.com handles redirecting the console output.

I will perform some more tests on my own virtualbox server and see what i can find.

Btw, i think this is an issue with retail version, so i dont consider it a bug, but more of an enhancement.

Like in original SEC, i do intend to work on having the server generate its own logs.
