Some cheats aren't detected

Players reported to me some Pickuphacks, aimbots and wallhacks, i cannot confirm this, but maybe you can look into that.

Aimbots and wallhacks have never been reported in SEC. I'm open to suggestions though on how to accurately detect these. :-)

Pickup hack logic is there but it needs to be tuned, so thresholds are currently set high, and warnings only display to logged in admins.
