Active Servers not showing in the Ingame list

This is a problem caused because some servers don't repply on time to the query made by the client, so they are removed from the ingame list after few seconds. This could, however, changed, by not removing the server so people can see It, even when the list doesn't show the no. of players, map or ping, and leave It with "?".

This could help make It easier for serveradmins to run their servers even without port forwarding, and to let servers too stressed to show up even when they didn't repply the Queries.
