different version dedicated server linux

I downloaded and started successfully the latest version of dedicated server on a centos 7, but then I downloaded gull version on windows and when I search local server nothing is shown. then I add the local IP and port and the message is that the server has a different version... but on the website I installed in both cases the 2.0.1...

Some point on this issue:

1 - This is caused because the server is unreachable, so even when It’s listed, the players can’t connect to It (that’s why It shows as unknown gamemode).

2 - This message is displayed because the client doesn’t know the server is unreachable, just reads an empty version and considers it a number… one different from the client’s version.

This second point is fixed in SEC2 2.1.X, but the server still seems to be unreachable. Maybe some port forwarding would fix It.
