Linux Server 2.0.1 Wont read config file

Hi, When i run my linux server wih start.sh which has this in it

./fearserver.bin -optionsfile ServerOptions000

It will not use the options such as point limit, time limit, hostname etc and will be default. How can i get my options to load?

A year late but this wasn't a bug i simply forgot to add -mpcustomizations to my cmdline

edit: and yes i did resolve it last year lol
