LibTIFF crashes writing files on newer Windows 10

Newer versions of Windows 10 crash LibTIFF when trying to save a file.

    Found the problem. It wasn't due to libTIFF but an issue with plane location calculation in the case of a 2D image. I have a patch ready, needs to get it validated first.
