Runtime error R6034 on startup

Hi, I am trying to run lithographx (I have just installed it -- haven't been able to run it yet), but I'm encountering a runtime error (R6034 - see attached image).

This is the last bit of dialogue on the console that I get before Lithographx crashes and I get a runtime error:

Thanks for your help! I would like to try 2d segmentation in Lithographx, a feature that does not exist in Morphographx.
