Problems with LithoGraphX installing

Hi,

I've installed LithoGraphX and Anaconda following the instructions in the manual, but I have problems with the software (I add a capture in this message). I tried to check python and the problem may be when installing it on path, I don't know how to do it.

Any help will be much appreciated, Paula

Hi, I see you have installed Anaconda for Python 3.7, while LithoGraphX still uses Python 2.7. If you don’t need anaconda for another purpose, I suggest you just uninstall it and re-install the one for Python 2.7. If you do need it the one for Python 3.7, it is absolutely possible to install both in parallel. You can also choose the one you want in the PATH and, if needed, I can guide you toward setting the LGX_PYTHON environment variable to point to the right one for LithoGraphX.

It worked, thanks! Now I shouldn't see the interface when opening LGX?
