Segmenting cells from a 2D image and automated cell classification

Hi, I'm I'm trying segmenting cells from a 2D image, but I have a problem when I try to remove labels in shape (when I do this step according to the tutorial, my image disappears). Probably is it any parameter, for example the size? Thanks, Best regards, Paula
