Report if Python is not correctly installed / found

Pierre Barbier de Reuille repo owner created an issue

If Python (and the correct one) is not installed, most of LithoGraphX works, but not the Python module.

It would be nice to get a warning that Python isn't installed or at least not found.

    I am not sure this is really possible ... as the DLL seems to load but then crash.
