Moving Cell Classification to Global
Corrected Matrix transpose const
Removed old Q_OBJECT
Corrected Incline angles + transform
Sin of incline angle wasn't normed. Transform is now properly parsed and tested.
Moved cell classifier processes to Global
Updated Generate Cell Classifier
Now can handle both meshes and stacks (stacks to be tested)
Can handle any process
