Added support for multiple collision tags per tile. Now you can have collision tiles that are pairs (like top,left or right,left) or triples, or all four sides. This eliminates the need to have multiple collision layers in your tmx document. Updated the triangle generation code to handle the additional triangles per tile that result from this. Also updated the z calculation for the layers so that collision layers will interleave in z depth to match the layer order in your tmx file. Now the farthest layer is at depth 0 and the others stack up towards -z. This makes it way easier to have both foreground and background layers, with your sprites (and the collision layer) in between.
