97 and newer Paper builds sometimes cause server freeze when load Restricted Creative plugin database

I don't see how this can be my plugin's fault if it works on Spigot without issues. Paper made some breaking changes and they should take some responsibility for that.

That said, I might look into this someday and see if I can do anything about it.

The performance of the spigot is very poor. Currently unusable for survival server.

It would be very important for the plugin to work on Paper.
