Creative placed Minecarts no protected in PlotSquared plots

If place Minecart in creative mode to PlotSquared plot, the PlotSquared protection not work and other players can destroy it.
The PlotSquared Minecraft protection works perfectly if players place Minecart to PlotSquared plot in survival mode.
