Permission block not work (Luckperms)

Example: permissions: enabled: true list: - '-essentials.kittycannon'

This not block kittycannon permission in creative mode.

Are you sure you don't have OP or the permission rc.bypass.creative.permissions? Do you have Vault installed?

I didn't test with '-essentials.kittycannon' (I don't have Essentials installed), but it worked with '-rc.commands.spectator' on the testserver with LuckPerms installed, but not Vault.

I don't have op and rc.bypass.creative.permissions permission. Yes, Vault installed.

It seems that LuckPerms isn't supported by Vault. I'll add an option to ignore Vault in the next version. That should solve the problem.
