World Blacklist not working

general: disabled-worlds: - 'Towny' - 'Resource' - 'Resource_the_end' - 'Resource_the_nether'

Builders can still use gamemode in the worlds ive specified. Im not sure if this is a bug or an error on my part when listing the names however I need the blacklist to work to use the plugin.

Should be fixed in the next version.
