Added 1 new block, deleted 1 old block.

I randomly started getting this message every so often without using the plugin or creative at all. I can't pinpoint where or when it started. Any advice is much appreciated.

I don't think it's anything to worry about. Probably some creative-placed block being pushed and pulled around with a piston.
