Disable gamemodes in worlds

Would it be possible for you to add a world/region based gamemode blocker? Preferably not using the internal commands but rather the change mode event (to support other plugins, such as EssentialsX).

Such thing already exists. It's called WorldGuard game-mode flag. (For blocking the whole world, I suggest disbling RC in that world as well as you probably don’t need it then.)
