Worldguard region won't work

Hi there I've installed this and set it up as advised and enabled the regions feature and specified my world guard region (ensuring it is spelled correctly)

However whenevener given the permission to switch to creative/survival it works everywhere!

Is there something I'm missing?

You’re right: the config explanation does advertise this feature, but it’s not present in the code for some reason. I’ll be sure to add this in the next version.
