Can not start up server due to long database loading

I get this message in the console on server startup. However, I waited 30+ minutes and my server never loaded. Is there someway this can be fixed, I really don't want to go back to using the previous plugin for restricting creative...

Do you know how many blocks do you have in the database? Or how long have you used the plugin?

I started using it maybe 2 or 3 months before 1.16,
I’m not sure exactly how many blocks since my server never loaded with the plugin active.
I waited an hour and longer after I stopped keeping track and the server just never loaded.
If the server were to crash on my players, I wouldn’t want them waiting an hour or even longer to have it back up.

Do you use PaperMC? Other server owners have reported issues with plugin loading and Paper. Anyway, I'm putting this issue on hold until you reply.
