Make the name of the console configurable

Add a setting to the console or theme that controls the “Name“ of the console used in initialisation and error logs

Alternatively, make these logs themselves entirely customisable (either with console or theme, or maybe even a new object)

This could be a QuantumLocalization, so that every message generated by the QuantumConsole.cs could be customised, which would also allow for localization
