Do not block input while console is loading

If I open the console while it’s initializing, the input field is not interactable and my keystrokes are lost. It would be preferable for the keystrokes to be kept, but only start executing autocomplete etc. after initialization is complete.

Perhaps you could keep the input, but just prevent the command being entered until the system is initialized.

Version is 2.6.3 (not listed in version field).
