Warning if QC is activated with no EventSystem present in the scene

Yusuf Ismail repo owner created an issue

If QC is activating (not initializing) and there is no EventSystem in the scene we can most likely assume this is an unintentional user setup issue so we can throw a warning to inform the user more clearly what the problem is (currently the UI just won’t work)
