IF card debounce ignored with rapid (few ms) THEN card triggers

With this simple flow I tried to block multiple triggers my Klik-Aan-Klik-Uit doorbell is causing sometimes. The triggers can happen a few milliseconds after each other, but the debounce in the IF-card is not preventing the final cards to fire. In my case this results in 2 notifications send to my phone for 1 buttonpress on the doorbell. There's no other flow triggering the notification.

When tested with timers, is works fine. But it looks like the debounce can't block rapid triggers of a few milliseconds. Is this a limitation of Homey, or am I doing something wrong?
