How to delete all old timers?

Hi.

I have renamed and disable a lot of timers in my system. Problem is then I check timers in the app all are there both old and new.
Can a remove a timer?
if not can a delete the app and then installed it again, will all timers be deleted ?

The should be removed automaticly if the are not used anymore.
