Add tag possibility for "Retrive insights" card

To fully automate the retrieval of insights for devices, please add tag possibility for device and capability field.

I worked on the DC today (DC moment ;) ).

I removed the Text-tag from insights.

But, much was broken for the HP2023 and upcoming older homey updates.
So, i fixed that first.
And since that has everything todo with the Device-select and Capability-select, and there references, i want to know those cards are first functioning correctly on Old Homey(old software), old homey (new software) and HP2023.

When everything is a bitt more stable with the API changes, then i’ll add tags-as-arguments/free-textfields to the card.
