Maximum temperature virtual thermostat

Is it possible to change the maximum temperature of the virtual thermostat (right now it is 200 degrees Celsius) to a higher value, 350 for example? I’m using it for my BBQ and 200 degrees is not high enough.

But, you might wanna look at Advanced Virtual Device from the Device Capabilities app:
You could have changed it yourself there:

I also tried to make a new device by the device capabilities app. But then the device cannot be synchronized to Google Home. Is that how it should work?

Yeah is should, but you need to set the right device class, and check the “create real fields and flowcards" checkbox.
