Add a functioning bookings calendar.

Currently we are managing bookings using a spreadsheet that only the Bookings Secretary has access to.

An online system would make it easier for members to see when the Lodge has been booked by other members and when it is free to book.

It should also make it easier for the Bookings Secretary to manage bookings.

I have put current bookings into google calendar. There is a lot I like but there are two disadvantages I can see:

• Biggest timeperiod viewable is one month - viewing 3months or a year together would be friendlier.
• Colour coding doesn't apply once event has passed. I have been using colour to differentiate between booking types. It would be nice to instanly see type of previous events.

I think we should use google calendar, at least until something better is found/developed.

I was mistaken about colour coding - it was set to fade after an event passed and I couldn't tell the difference between faded colours. I have now turned that off.

I've embedded the google calendar that you've been using Catherine, but I'm not really happy with the result. I'll continue looking into alternatives.

I've updated the calendar to use http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/. I think it looks a lot better, and there is a lot of functionality I haven't explored yet, which may allow me to add more of the features we want.
